Carmel Rolls
makes aprox. 12
1 1/2c white rice flour1/2c Almond meal1 tbs xanthan gum3 tbs active dry yeast
Heat and stir:
1c Milk1/2c sugar1/2c butter
Add to flour mixture along with 2 eggs.
Beat with electric mixer on high for 3 minutes.
Add 1 1/2c white rice flour
Turn out onto lightly floured surface. Push/roll out into rectangular shape.
Sprinkle lightly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up so its a big long spiral log :)
Get some thread and put around it about a half inch in and pull to cut a piece, repeat till all are done.
Spray 9 by 13 pan and lay the rolls in it. Put in cool dark place and let rise about an hour and a half.
While rising prepare your caramel sauce.
Melt:
1 1/2c butter2c sugar -brown will give more flavor but it doesn't matter-1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Once the rising is done drizzle the caramel over the top.
Cook for 35min, then Enjoy!
