Chocolate upside-down cake
makes 16 servings
2c white rice flour1/3c Almond meal1 1/3 sugar1tbs baking powder1/3c coco powder
mix together then add:
1 1/3c milk1/2c butter (softened)2 eggs1tsp vanilla
set aside.
Melt 4tbs butter in two 9x1 1/2-inch round baking pan.
stir into each pan:
1/3c butter
1tsp vanilla
1tbs water
Sprinkle bottom of pan with chocolate chips, then pour batter into pan.
cook time: 35-45min. at 350.
