Mix together:
2 tsp Xanthan gum2c Millet flour2c brown rice flour1c Almond meal1c Brown sugar1c white sugar2 tsp Baking powder2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cloves1/2 tsp ginger
Add:
3c buttermilk1/2 c butter (softened)1/2c Shortening1 tsp Vanilla6 eggs
Beat on low till dry and liquid are mixed. Then beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Put in 2 9x13 greased baking pans. Cook at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When its about halfway done add topping.
Topping:
Mix:
1/4c brown rice flour2c brown sugar1/2c butter
