Mix together:
2 tsp Xanthan gum
2c Millet flour
2c brown rice flour
1c Almond meal
1c Brown sugar
1c white sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger

Add:
3c buttermilk
1/2 c butter (softened)
1/2c Shortening
1 tsp Vanilla
6 eggs

Beat on low till dry and liquid are mixed. Then beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

Put in 2 9x13 greased baking pans. Cook at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When its about halfway done add topping.

Topping:

Mix:
1/4c brown rice flour
2c brown sugar
1/2c butter
