Oregano Dumplings
Mix:
1c Millet flour
1c brown rice flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/3c water
1 tsp vegetable oil or lard

Mix till slightly sticky.

roll into little 1/2-1 inch balls.

Put in pot of boiling water about 7-15 at a time cook till they float. Then spoon them out and enjoy!

Can be eaten with sauce, in a soup, or just plain.
