Oregano Dumplings
Mix:
1c Millet flour1c brown rice flour1 tsp xanthan gum1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp salt2 eggs1/3c water1 tsp vegetable oil or lard
Mix till slightly sticky.
roll into little 1/2-1 inch balls.
Put in pot of boiling water about 7-15 at a time cook till they float. Then spoon them out and enjoy!
Can be eaten with sauce, in a soup, or just plain.
